Pamela SmithPamela has over 27 years experience working with churches and church staff of all denominations. She is a former paralegal, court reporter, grants manager, purchasing director, executive assistant, Christian education director, youth pastor, church business manager, and church administrator. She is a renown author of a number of books used by churches across the globe to help build and equip church teams, staffs, and members in excelling in their calling. In addition, her plays have been produced all over the world by nonprofits, colleges, and schools. She is the executive director of the International Association of Certified Church Administrators. She has been featured in magazines, radio broadcasts, and television, including Christianity Today and Trinity Broadcast Network (TBN). She is currently a curriculum developer and an online training developer. She and her husband Kenny recently developed an extensive online training just for church support staff and it has national and international students. Pamela brings seasoned experience to your church staff.
